Circus Birth Announcements

Who saw this today on Twig & Thistle?? I pretty much just died of happiness. These are my two favorite colors, and the retro feel of these "circus themed" illustrated birth announcements is so fantastic. Obsessed with these. It's easily the best project I've seen this month...maybe this year?

Studio On Fire

I glean inspiration regularly from a letterpress blog I love called Beast Pieces, from Studio On Fire based out of Minneapolis. They always post the most fantastic designs, their best projects on the blog and they are unbelievable. You really have to see for yourself, here. I loved this stationary system for a Bahamian destination wedding that they created. It is one of the more cohesive statement invitation sets I've seen in a while.

On a completely unrelated note, I can not stop listening to "Alejandro" by Lady Gaga. I have probably had it on repeat for about 2 hours now.

Vintage Postcard RSVP's

I am very much in love with this couple's wedding stationary featured today on Once Wed. First of all, I like any invitation that includes a little story of how they met...remember this? Plus, this one talks about how their first date was a road-trip across 4 states! (What if it had been a bad date?? Luckily it was not!) The invitations were designed by Miss Pickles Press, and I am smitten with their similarity to vintage postcards. Take a look!

Keep it Movin'

I am a graphic designer, so saying that I love unique stationary is a given. However, upon seeing this in my google reader (blogged about by Courtney from Design Work Life) I literally shrieked with excitement to my fellow intern, Heather. It is quite possibly the most rad stationary system I've ever seen. I feel completely inspired, and hope that you will too!
