Cocktail Hour: Rose Kennedy
To bring the wonderful Kennedy-themed week to a close, I give you one of my favorite cocktails, The Rose Kennedy, also known as the Vodka Soda Splash. This is a variation on the Cape Cod cocktail that was named for Rose Kennedy, the matriarch of the Kennedy family of Cape Cod. It's basically a fancy way of saying Vodka, Cranberry juice, and soda water, garnished with lime, and a pinch of sugar added to taste. As always, drink in good taste. A Kennedy certainly would!
