Just mix vodka and beet juice, with a little salt and pepper for a kick, and you have a martini that is both delicious and nutritious. It's definitely an up-and-coming trend in the cocktail world to feature beet juice, or pickle juice in martinis. Make it for your friends. I guarantee they'll love it. Cheers!
